Ohio State Roadway Cleanup

Keep Cincinatti Beautiful State Roadway Cleanup
April 1, 2017

Join Keep Cincinnati Beautiful (KCB) at the State Roadway Cleanup April 1! This is no joke!

Where: Meet KCB at the Ohio Department of Transportation (1400 Seymour Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45237).

When: Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 9:00 AM – 1 PM. Registration will begin at 9:00 AM. Kickoff at 9:30 AM. Cleanup 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Lunch will be provided after the cleanup for all pre-registered volunteers.

Why: KCB loves the Queen City, and they know you do too! Cincinnati is the gateway to Ohio. With millions of people traveling along I-75 and I-71 every week, Cincinnati wants to make a good impression! Rep the crown and join KCB to clean and beautify the highways, to welcome visitors, and encourage residents and businesses to live, work, and play in Cincinnati.

Volunteer Tasks: Groups of volunteers will be assigned to an area along the highway, including entrance and exit ramps, and will work alongside an ODOT crew member to pick up litter and clean greenspace. After registration, volunteers will carpool (or walk) to their assigned cleanup site. Volunteers will receive safety vests and supplies on site.
