Disney's Friends for Change
Disney's Friends for Change: Project Green is a multi-platform initiative that empowers kids to help the planet. Through the program, kids learn practical ways to help the environment, get their friends involved, track their collective impact and have the opportunity to help Disney decide how to divide $1 million in annual donations to various environmental causes. Kids can join for free. Throughout the month of November, Friends for Change will be encouraging kids to recycle and participate in America Recycles Day. Also, in support of America Recycles Day and Disney's Friends for Change, Disney Store is collecting t-shirts to be recycled and turned into paper. Bring in a t-shirt to a Disney Store location between Nov. 11-15 to recycle and receive a special discount.
