Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful's program, which is modeled after Keep Iowa Beautiful's Paint Iowa Beautiful and Keep Oklahoma Beautiful's Fresh Paint Days, is designed to provide community groups with paint and painting supplies so they can renew a structure in need into something beautiful.
